At the Waverley Tearooms, we like to help out in the local community where we can and have recently started sponsoring the local Buggyfit class at Queens Park! Look out for some events we'll be running with them in the next few months....
Buggyfit is a nationwide phenomenon which offers the ultimate post-natal workout for new mums with the help of their buggy and the added benefit of no daycare required!! The classes are designed specifically to suit all post-natal stages from 6 weeks until your child's too big for its buggy!
The classes are held in Queens Park on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30am - 11:30am by Wendy Macleod and a new class has just started on a Wednesday afternoon.
Reebok Traintone have started sponsoring the new higher impact Buggyfit Traintone class on a Wednesday from 2-3pm and offer 20% off their Traintone footwear to anyone who books a block of classes!

It's nearly that time of the year when I get to try and redeem myself slightly, and thank my long-suffering mother for the years of torment and pain I've put her through whilst growing up, and often for years after that!
